Young Constructors Forum Young Constructors Forum – (YCF) is a wonderful opportunity for early and mid career construction professionals to develop value for themselves, their employer, their community and the industry. Purpose: The purpose of the Young Constructors Forum is to provide opportunity for early and mid career construction professionals to develop strong leadership skills, further their professional knowledge, build networks and share ideas with their peers. Participation: The RIAGC-YCF is open to all member employer endorsed early and mid career industry professionals. Mission Statement: The RIAGC-YCF will focus on developing leadership through community service, continuing education and support of the local AGC Chapter. The RIAGC-YCF will function as a forum in which members can network, socialize, and exchange ideas on issues facing early and mid career construction professionals. RICSI - Founded in 1948, the Construction Specification Institute is a professional organization serving the interests of architects, engineers, specifiers, contractors and product representatives in the construction industry.
